Exterior
Modern sleek A-frame with light wood accents and windows peering through to the stunning, private, wooded scenery.
Bedroom
A quiet retreat after lake days—soft light, comfortable layers, and space to truly switch off.
Bathroom
Clean finishes and thoughtful touches that keep the tiny home feeling spa-simple, not cluttered.
Living Room
Open living space with natural materials, soft light, and views into the trees. In the living area, a pull-out queen sofa opens into a full-size bed for two—handy for groups, and separate from the tiny home's single dedicated bedroom.
Kitchen
Streamlined for morning coffee, lake snacks, and easy dinners in. There is no oven—when you want flame cooking, use the outdoor fire pit, which has a grate for open-fire grilling.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor area is built for slow evenings: a fire pit with seating and string lights, a wood-fired hot tub you heat yourself (plan ahead—the water needs time), and a private sauna for a reset between lake time and dinner. Follow posted limits and your guest guide for setup, fuel, and safety.

The space
The Apex is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom A-frame with a multi-level layout and a wall of glass that pulls the forest into the living area. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa in that open space—not a second bedroom, but it lets the home sleep up to four when combined with the dedicated bedroom. The layout is intentionally compact and calm—ideal for guests who want an uncluttered base camp for lake days and slow evenings in.
The experience
Expect soft natural light, warm wood tones, and a stripped-back aesthetic that keeps attention on the trees outside. Mornings are for coffee on the deck or at the window; afternoons are for Raystown Lake and nearby trails; nights are for time outside—fire pit meals, optional sauna rounds, and the wood-fired hot tub once the water is ready—then low light and genuine quiet.
Perfect for
- Couples, small groups, and solo travelers who want a design-forward tiny home without sacrificing comfort.
- Short creative retreats, anniversaries, or a restorative long weekend.
- Guests who prefer a smaller footprint, easy upkeep during the stay, and proximity to the lake.
