House rules
- No smoking inside. If smoking is permitted outdoors, use designated areas and dispose of waste safely.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and wildlife.
- Maximum occupancy is six guests unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
- No parties, events, or commercial shoots without prior approval.
- Pets only when booked and confirmed on your reservation.
- Children should be supervised on stairs, ladders, and elevated sleeping areas.
- Sauna and fire features: follow posted limits, never leave young children unattended, and read the safety notes in your welcome message.
- At checkout, follow the departure checklist in your welcome message (trash, dishes, thermostat, and doors).
